EP. 13: MISSION „AGENT”, THE GREAT FINALE
Should one mind only their own business, or be loyal till the very end? “Agent – Stars” (The Mole) is not only a reality show, but also a good chance to check your values in life. Even though only one of us could win the money, in reality there was much more to win…
LONG LIVE THE MOLE!
The finale episode was recorded in a studio in Warsaw, right after we came back home. Refreshed, relaxed and elegant, we had a chance to face the truth – HUBERT URBAŃSKI was the Mole in this edition. A few years of hosting the exciting “Millionaires” show let him work out an unpredictable poker face 😉 Even though from the very beginning I thought it might have been Hubert (that’s why I couldn’t let myself have a slightest moment of relax when we were in the SPA), I still can’t believe how authentic he was in his pretending. Sometimes to that extent that he even managed to get on MY nerves.
Watching the show from the Mole’s perspective was not only a funny, but also a very educational experience. If any of the participants even for a fraction of a second doubted that it’s details that count when it comes to observing the Mole, looking at these recordings they had a chance to make sure of it once and for all. It turned out that the sly mischief-maker carried out pieces of gold out of the stream in his mouth, asked questions to himself, and in the library gave Antek Vienio’s flashcard. He was always careful, never risked it to get revealed, and knew how to draw the suspicions away from him – opting for the right route in the safari task, for example (he was the one who voted for the red track).
ALLIANCES ARE ETERNAL
The key moment of the „Agent – Stars” show was establishing our famous „Alliance of the Three”. It made me believe in friendship once again, and the producers… didn’t have to worry about getting enough drama! 😀 Well, wouldn’t it have been kind of boring without it? 😉 Together with Antek and Tomek we created a pact that not only functioned perfectly, but heated up the atmosphere in the group just by its very existence. Well, some of the participants were simply jealous and called us “the circle of mutual adoration”, but most of them were well aware that we were an unbeatable team. Even though since the first episode I also got along perfectly with Kamila and Maciek, after they have left the show it was Antek and Tomek that I made friends with. An eternal boy, who constantly keeps mixing things up and loves intrigues, Mata Hari, and an athlete of a tender heart? I see a lot of potential for a whole series of criminal novels! 😀
Our alliance, undoubtedly, was the core of the show. Could you imagine this story without Mata Hari, Hercules, and Peter Pan?
Of course besides mutual liking, our actions were also drawn by benefit. Each of us knew that information was the most valuable currency, after all, three pairs of eyes are able to spot much more than only one, right? Of course my allies had all the features of a Mole. So I came to the conclusion that if some of them happens to be burdened with this invidious task, it’s better to keep them close 😉 I had to calm the boys down many times, encourage them to action, but when it comes to team work rules – always, regardless of the circumstances, I could count on it. No wonder that when in the semifinal episode I managed to get a bonus envelope with the answer to the toughest question that’s ever come up in the final test, I shared it with Antek.
THE WINNER IS (NOT ONLY) ONE!
The fact that it was only one question that we had different in the test shows that none of us were chosen to take part in the show by accident. I was well aware that it might have been that one piece of information that could let my ally (and competitor at the same time) win, but… I don’t regret it at all. In the show I could hear a couple of accusations, that’s why I’m very happy that I had a chance to prove how much the critics can be wrong. I’ve never been reckless and I truly believe that there’re more important things in life than money. All the more, when you compete with someone you like and value. I decided to stay loyal till the very end, being aware that if I lose, at least I’ll lose with class. In the semifinale I promised that if I won the show, I’d take Antek shopping. As he was the one who finally won the money, I hope that besides the scooter that he promised me, and treats for his dog, Chmurka (Cloudy), he’ll get this one decent shirt that I promised him in case I had won 😉
Even though there was only one question we didn’t answer in the same way, where there’s competition, there also has to be a winner.
I’m happy for Antek with my whole heart. The rules of a game are there to respect them, and friends – to rely on them. Struggling together in the show was totally fun – I’m happy that we were able to go hand in hand! Many thanks to all the other participants as well. Especially to Tomek (who didn’t make it to the finale because of a moment of distraction), Maciek (as he managed to overcome his biggest fear and did great in a new role), Kamila (for her kindness and amazing positive attitude) and last, but not least – Hubert, who, despite his hard role in the show, has appreciated my brains and shrewdness many times. I’m very happy that I got a chance to meet such great people. Thanks to them I can now say (with a clear conscience): taking part in the “Agent – Stars” show was the best decision that I’ve ever made (well, next to establishing the blog).
Some believed till the very end that my own good was more important to me than the good of our pact. Well, I think that the same ones now regret that they didn’t join our team!
After years for fighting, I finally managed to get rid of the stereotypical and harming image of a „childish girl from fashion”. I came back from Africa not only stronger, but also more convinced about what makes sense in live, and even more motivated for further development of the blog. I had an opportunity to appreciate once again that I can do what I want, and to appreciate my readers, who support me with all their hearts. Regardless if I’m a part of a show, or struggling with professional issues. I’m dedicating this finale to YOU, and when the emotions cool down a bit after the finale, I’ll come back to you with an overview. Stay tuned!
